I have been on private land and have lot’s of pictures of does coming towards the river to drink and the bedding area is about 40 yrds away. I haven’t bother to hunt with the bow yet this new year but plan on going out next week while it’s still cold and deer are moving for food.
About a week or 2 ago I was surprised to see quite a few does and bucks hit by HWY 32 Ft. Meade area to I97. Yesterday on my way home a doe young one at that look like a late born from last year ran in front of my car by the Millersville land fill.

Glad to hear your seeing deer! Many of us are getting hit or miss pictures and/or seeing deer while out hunting. If you are seeing deer getting hit down there, that is because there are tons of deer and the food sources are getting limited, so they may travel as much as 2 – 4 miles total per day to get enough food to survive.
