I know it’s been a while since I uploaded some photos, but after rut all the bucks vanished.  Haven’t seen even little bucks let alone any big boys.  We did take down most of our cameras because this is time of year they are more visible and sadly some people tend to steal cameras when they find them out in the woods rather than just leaving them alone like most of us do.  So late season we limit where our cameras are.

Needles to say our resident camera finally got a couple pictures of a 4 pointer (only one of his head) that we hadn’t seen before.  He was out feeding a couple days ago right around dark.  Not something we would shoot, but nevertheless fun to look at and could be a big 6 or small 8 next season.  Something to look forward to seeing.

Anyone else still have a trail cam out? We would love to see some photos of late season bucks or any other cool photos you might have!

Finally giving you some pictures, I know it’s been about a month, and I have been stock piling pictures.  So I decided it was finally time to share some of the deer that we have gotten pictures of the last few weeks.  The pictures are below and some of them are duplicates from different dates but I am in general sharing our trail cam photo’s.  Some of them are from parts of Loch Raven so maybe you have seen or shot one of these deer while out hunting!

Wanted to check in with another trail cam update as I have gotten more pictures of the same few small bucks, the big boys should start pushing these little guys out any day and hopefully will provide us with some new pictures and a new reason to hunt near our trail cams.  We also had a friend send us a trail cam photo he got recently of a very nice what appears to be 9 point.  Very nice deer with split brow tine, I keep telling him to keep me posted on if he gets him!  Hopefully we will have a trophy photo to show you one of these days soon.

Good luck to everyone this end of week and rolling into the weekend, bucks should really start to be moving as I heard in places in VA, PA, and NY people are already seeing bucks chasing does!  Should get real exciting here over the next two weeks!
